Paula joined WasteRecruit in 2022, and a key part of her focus has been ensuring the candidate experience is positive. Job hunting can be daunting, which is why Paula is deliberate about building relationships and guiding candidates through the process to ensure better outcomes for all.
Paula works with Ben to design assessment processes that are evidence based, engaging and tailored to a company’s recruitment needs. The end goal is to enable companies to hire with confidence, because assessments provide the evidence on how candidates are likely to perform and contribute to a company’s success.
Away from work
Paula brings her natural creativity into designing assessments, which spills over into the drawing she enjoys in her spare time.
