We act as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent roles, and as an employment business when supplying temporary, interim or contract workers. We operate under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.

We never charge a work-seeker a fee for finding or seeking to find them work. Our fees are paid by the hiring employer. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for payment in order to be considered for a role, it is not us — please tell us immediately.

The information here is provided for general recruitment purposes. You may browse vacancies and submit information for genuine recruitment enquiries. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it by automated means, or submit anything unlawful, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights.

You must not submit another person’s personal information — a CV that is not yours, or a referee’s details — unless you have their permission to do so.

Vacancy details can change or close without notice. Submitting an application, uploading a CV or having a conversation with us does not guarantee an interview, an offer or a placement, and does not create a contract of employment or for services between us.

Hiring decisions rest with the employer. Where a role has requirements set by the employer or by law — a right to work in the UK, a licence, a qualification or a background check — those apply regardless of anything on this site.

Information you give us must be accurate. We may verify qualifications, references and right to work, and we may withdraw an introduction where information turns out to be false.

We take reasonable care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free from error, and salary figures and role details are indicative rather than an offer. Tell us if a listing looks wrong and we will check it.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice, and may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.

The design, text, graphics, logo and assessment materials on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, print and share pages for your own use or to bring a role to someone’s attention. You may not republish, sell or systematically extract the content, or use our branding, without our written permission.

Client names and logos shown on this site are the property of those organisations and appear with their permission.

Where we link to another organisation’s site, it is because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information — their terms and privacy notices apply, not ours.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated earnings or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and we do not accept liability for a decision made solely on the basis of information published here.
