Working for 25 years in the waste and resource sector, Jonathan has first-hand experience of how the industry has changed and grown. Technology advancements, changing regulations, consumer behaviour, industry systems, hybrid working environments — that’s a lot for any company to navigate.
Since co-founding WasteRecruit 23 years ago, Jonathan’s primary role has remained focused on finding the people that support this change and growth. He works across all roles and disciplines, supporting candidates and clients through a strategic recruitment process.
Away from work
Outside of work, Jonathan’s a golfer, padel player and family man. They recently adopted a rescue puppy and that’s added a whole new family dynamic.
