You can apply to an advert yourself. What you cannot do from the outside is find out what a company is like to work for before you commit to it.
We know the companies personally
Not from a job board. We know who is actually good to work for and who is not, and we will tell you.
Most of what we fill is never advertised
If you only apply to what you can see, you are looking at a fraction of the market.
It costs you nothing
We are paid by the employer, never by the person looking for the job. No fee, no retainer, no charge for an assessment — in the UK it is unlawful for a recruiter to charge a work-seeker for finding them work, and we never have.
How we shortlist
On evidence of ability, and nothing else. We welcome applications from every background, and if you need an adjustment at any stage — the form, an assessment, an interview — tell us and we will arrange it.
