Crystal is the newest addition to the WasteRecruit team, joining as Account Manager in July 2026. For the past five years Crystal’s been immersed in resource operations, hiring and training people and helping them succeed and grow their careers in waste management.
Her experience has led her to understand how valuable attitude and behaviour are, and how people who excel in roles often do so because of it. Equally, having come from a background in healthcare, she can identify traits that are valuable to the waste sector.
As WasteRecruit’s industry frontline person, Crystal is actively expanding her understanding of waste operators in the context of the skills needed. Her primary focus is to facilitate the next generation of skilled people who can help grow the effectiveness of the waste and resource industry.
Away from work
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys the live music scene and being involved in promoting and supporting local emerging musicians.
