Telesales Executive

We are supporting a specialist waste management company looking to hire a Telesales Executive to join their growing team.

This is a warm lead sales role — you’ll be speaking with inbound enquiries and existing customers, not cold calling.

 

What you’ll be doing

Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into business

Following up quotes and leads to close sales

Re-engaging previous customers and winning back business

Managing your pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM

Working towards sales activity and conversion targets

 

The role is designed to protect selling time, so you can focus on speaking to customers and closing opportunities.

Training & Support

You’ll receive full onboarding and structured training, including:

Product and service training

Call coaching and objection handling

Closing techniques and live support

A structured development plan

 

What we’re looking for

Confident phone communication skills

Target driven and motivated to succeed in sales

Organised with strong follow-up discipline

Customer-focused and professional

Previous telesales experience is useful, but driven and coachable candidates with the right attitude will also be considered.
