About the Role:
As the Engineering Operations Manager, you will oversee daily engineering operations, streamline processes, and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, safety, and performance. You’ll act as the bridge between leadership, engineers, and project teams—ensuring resources are optimized, deadlines are met, and standards are exceeded.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to achieve operational goals
- Develop and implement process improvements for productivity and safety
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and timelines
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Drive collaboration across departments to support innovation and growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in engineering operations, project management, or similar leadership roles
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
- Degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
