Commercial Manager – International Markets (Alternative Fuels)

Location: Flexible within Europe | Full-Time | Sustainable Industry

Are you a driven sales professional with experience in new business development and a passion for sustainability?
WasteRecruit has been retained to support the recruitment of a Commercial Manager to expand our market share across Europe. You'll focus on introducing Subcoal—our sustainable alternative fuel—to new markets and developing strong relationships in existing ones.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and approach potential customers in the cement, lime, and steel sectors.
  • Develop new and existing customer relationships across Europe.
  • Lead cold acquisition efforts and close strategic deals.
  • Monitor industry trends and develop actionable market strategies.

About You:

  • 3–5 years’ experience selling RDF and SRF.
  • Proven success in international sales and new business development.
  • Confident communicator and relationship-builder.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Europe.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
