Shift Manager
WasteRecruit are pleased to be supporting a commercial recycling expert in their search for a Shift Manager.
The role will suit an experienced supervisor who understands how to manage drivers in a fast paced environment. You will monitor driver standards and compliance as well as managing the shift to ensure good service and customer satisfaction.
The shift pattern is 4-on-4-off including weekends working from 04.00-16.00. A typical shift will involve ensuring drivers are set up for the day, then working in the office to ensure paperwork is up-to-date and schedules are managed.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up into a management position, Candidates should be hard-working, reliable and flexible. A valid C1 licence would be beneficial, but not essential.
