Customer Success Team Executive

Our client is an award-winning software company, marketing an online web application specifically for the Waste & Recycling industry. The company’s client base is growing in size each year and has a great opportunity available for a motivated, self-starter who has experience in developing and selling technology. The role of Customer Success Team Executive is a full time, permanent opportunity working from home and offering a competitive salary and benefits package. It will involve travel to clients’ sites and on occasion, attending trade shows and other events.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop client relationships
  • Train and support new clients’ (both online and on site) to ensure they are ready for product launch within their business
  • Working with the back-office team who can assist in the configuration and set up of client databases
  • Update CRM system with client feedback, specific needs and requirements
  • Providing ongoing support to current clients via email and telephone
  • Developing new tools to improve business processes
  • Creating and supporting webinars and mailshots etc to improve client awareness of new functionalities and promoting the purchase of ‘add-ons’ and product improvements
  • Supporting sales mailshots to prospective clients
  • Contributing ideas for new software features
  • Implementing and managing on screen help ideas via our online helpdesk
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Communicating client information and requirements back to the team
  • Contribute ideas for future enhancements in team meetings
  • Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of the product and new features.

 

 

Candidate Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience in the Waste & Recycling industry
  • Web technology experience (desirable)
  • Good technology skills with an aptitude for learning new software
  • Good written and communication skills with the ability to talk about software in a non-technical way
  • Willingness to travel
  • Keen to be part of a growing team
  • Resilient with the ability to problem solve
  • Forward thinking
  • Self-starter and highly motivated
  • Pro-active and able to work well using own initiative.
