• Advertising under WasteRecruit Banner on our website and in specialist publications
• No cost for placement of text
• Speak to applicants, arrange interviews and negotiate offers
• Placement fee due only once candidate appointed

Direct Search

• Using sector knowledge to locate non-active individuals specifically for your vacancy.
• The fee is higher than for our normal recruitment methods and we always ask for a sole agency agreement.  However, the fee is still based on success, so you only pay if we source the right candidate.  We like to be judged on our results.
• This method allows access to quality candidates beyond reach of conventional recruitment methods.
