Regional Estates Managers

This leading waste operator is looking to recruit two Regional Estates Managers. Reporting to the Senior Estates Manager, you will enhance the Company's profitability by obtaining necessary planning permissions, environmental permits and other relevant authorisations and managing the related estates functions. You will be educated to degree level with a proven track record in mineral or waste planning to include consistent delivery of projects on time and to budget. You will be experienced in managing applications within the Town and Country Planning Act and Environment Agency Permitting with a clear understanding of the processes and policies involved.
